Job summary

Splash Swim School in Laurel, MD is seeking a responsible lifeguard to join our busy pool team. You will monitor pool activity, enforce safety rules, and respond quickly to emergencies while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for swimmers.

The ideal candidate is trained in first aid and CPR, with rescue procedures experience and a strong commitment to safety and guest service. Flexible scheduling is available to fit around shifts and training opportunities.
