El Macero Country Club is excited to offer a part-time Lifeguard position. The ideal candidate will excel in a hospitality environment and focus on providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities of the Lifeguard

1. Supervise and observe swimmers at all times to ensure their safety.
2. Administer first aid for minor injuries such as cuts and bruises.
3. Maintain cleanliness of changing rooms, bathrooms, and showers.
4. Assist in organizing clinics and private swimming lessons as directed.
5. Enforce conduct rules.
6. Perform pool maintenance, including checking chemical levels.
7. Check and report first aid supplies as needed.
8. Organize and monitor pool games; suggest new pool-side activities.
9. Skim debris from the pool surface and clean the area daily.
10. Maintain necessary records as directed.
11. Follow safe work practices.

Qualifications for the Lifeguard

1. At least one year of lifeguarding experience preferred.
2. Certified as a Lifeguard.
