Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Lifeguard located in Raleigh, NC. The Lifeguard will be responsible for monitoring the pool area to ensure the safety of all guests, providing first aid when necessary, enforcing pool rules, and maintaining the cleanliness of the pool and surrounding areas. Additional tasks may include assisting with pool-related events and activities, and providing excellent customer service to all club members.

Qualifications

• Current Lifeguard Certification, First Aid, and CPR/AED certification
• Strong communication skills and ability to respond quickly in emergency situations
• Ability to enforce pool rules and maintain a safe environment
• Physical stamina and ability to work in an outdoor environment
• Prior experience as a lifeguard or in a similar role is advantageous
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
