Responsibilities

• Assist the government in ensuring requirements approved from the DHA Enterprise Approved Product List.
• Generate reports and monitor ITSM queue performance; provide critical updates to Government leadership.
• Process software tickets; review RVDC; follow up with customers.
• Coordinate with program/project managers to ensure software validity and avoid unnecessary maintenance costs.
• Update Asset Management Database with EOL/EOS information and conduct market research for replacements.
