Job summary

Peraton in San Antonio is seeking a Lifecycle Management administrative specialist to support DoD programs. You will assist with requirements approvals, asset management, reports, and coordination with program managers.

Proficiency with MS Office and ServiceNow, ability to multitask, and US citizenship with potential DoD clearance are required. Onsite work in San Antonio with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years with BS/BA; 6 years with high school diploma
• Ability to obtain DoD security clearance (ADP II Public Trust)
• Work location: San Antonio onsite required
• US Citizen

Responsibilities

• Assist the government in ensuring requirements are approved from the DHA Enterprise Approved Product List
• Generate reports and monitor ITSM ticket queue performance; provide critical updates to Government leadership
• Process software related tickets and follow up with customers
• Coordinate with program/project managers to ensure software is within end-of-life timelines and is a valid requirement
• Update Asset Management Database with EOL/EOS information
• Conduct market research to determine replacement device cost estimates
