Job summary

New Life is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue and gross profit across company-owned locations and the national service repair market. You will lead day-to-day sales, strengthen customer and branch relationships, and ensure profitable growth through disciplined sales process execution.

Responsibilities include developing retail parts strategy, growing service repair accounts, and collaborating with Operations, People, Marketing and Supply Chain to hit targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations or business, or 5+ years sales leadership experience.
• Retail or wholesale parts sales leadership experience preferred.
• Proven knowledge of retail sales and national service repair market segments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with an ERP system.
• Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales KPIs.
• Strong communication, analytical, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a compelling sales strategy for local parts and service repair.
• Grow national service repair customers and shop-level accounts.
• Monitor market and customer needs to inform strategy.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with operations, marketing, and supply chain.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and resources to maximize gross profit.
• Coach and develop a high-performing sales team.
