Job summary

You will own membership programs, customer communications, and engagement initiatives—working to increase lifetime value. Travel to visit customer sites may be required, and you will partner with field teams to reflect the true customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of marketing experience focused on customer retention.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and lifecycle campaigns.
• Background in home services is a plus.
• Strong written communication and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute existing customer marketing strategy to increase retention and lifetime value.
• Own the customer lifecycle from onboarding through retention and renewals.
• Plan and deploy email campaigns, segmentation, and testing.
• Lead membership program marketing and communications across channels.
• Organize customer events and community engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and leadership to reflect the real customer experience.
• Track retention metrics and report on campaign performance.
