Insight Global is seeking an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join a growing team supporting a global entertainment and digital product ecosystem with a large, highly engaged user base across multiple platforms.

You will design end-to-end customer journeys, own multi-channel campaigns (email, push, in-app), analyze performance, and partner with product, data, and engineering teams to optimize engagement at scale across platforms.

We are seeking an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join a growing team supporting a globally recognized entertainment and digital product ecosystem with a large, highly engaged user base across multiple platforms. As the portfolio continues to expand across products, media, and experiences, so do the ways customers interact with the brand.

The Lifecycle Marketing team is responsible for delivering impactful messaging across owned marketing channels, including email, push, in-app, and other digital touchpoints. Campaigns span promotions, compliance, events, product education, first‑time user experiences, re‑engagement, and more.

Description
  • Partner with product marketing to define requirements for major promotional campaigns
  • Design and map end-to-end customer journeys across channels
  • Analyze campaign performance and summarize insights
  • Lead weekly business updates for cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Manage campaign execution through centralized tracking systems
  • Align messaging consistency across multiple channels and campaigns
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data and testing insights
  • Partner with data teams to develop testing strategies and experimentation plans
  • Generate hypotheses and experiments to improve engagement and performance
  • Communicate status and progress to campaign stakeholders
  • Capture insights from customer research, testing, and experiments
  • Contribute as a subject matter expert in planning and brainstorming sessions
  • Review and provide feedback on creative assets and messaging

You’ll partner closely with a diverse team of marketers, engineers, data scientists, creatives, and product leaders to drive day‑to‑day campaign operations at scale. Your work will help inform messaging strategy, improve customer experiences, and drive engagement across a global audience.
