Job summary

Armstrong Group is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the first 90 days of a new customer relationship across email, SMS, app, portal, mail and welcome kits.

You will design multi-channel welcome journeys, personalize with segmentation, and work with field ops to ensure a seamless, high-touch onboarding experience. This role requires 4+ years in lifecycle/CRM marketing and a related bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in lifecycle or CRM marketing, ideally in telecom, broadband, or a subscription business.
• Experience designing and optimizing multi-channel customer journeys across email, SMS, in-app, and mail.
• Strong segmentation skills to personalize experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the First 90 Days: manage the welcome journey from install to first bill and optimize it.
• Deliver on the Promise: ensure white-glove service across all touchpoints after acquisition.
• Personalize with Segmentation: tailor the welcome experience for different customers.
