Job summary

NEWITY seeks a lifecycle marketing specialist to design and optimize automated email and SMS journeys across the customer lifecycle. You will work with the lifecycle marketing team to deploy AI-powered campaigns that nurture prospects, re-engage customers, and measure impact at every touchpoint.

Successful candidates will 3–5 years in digital marketing with hands-on lifecycle program experience, plus familiarity with HubSpot and marketing automation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of digital marketing experience with lifecycle focus
• Hands-on experience building and optimizing lifecycle programs across email and SMS
• Proficient with marketing automation/CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
• Experience applying AI tools to marketing workflows and analytics
• Ability to build dashboards and report lifecycle metrics

Responsibilities

• Build, QA, and deploy email and SMS campaigns and automated journeys
• Shape lifecycle strategy and optimize programs based on data and AI insights
• Build and manage workflows and lead scoring in HubSpot
• Maintain data hygiene and support clean marketing-to-sales handoff
• Use AI tools to improve engagement and conversion across programs
• Perform audience segmentation and targeting across channels
• Manage list pulls, suppression, and contact strategy
• Track lifecycle KPIs and present actionable insights
