Job summary

Belimo is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer with a lifecycle focus to support end-to-end standardization and optimization of manufacturing and assembly processes across the product life cycle. Qualifications

• BS in engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Production) required.
• 3+ years in manufacturing/process engineering or industrialization.
• Experience with process validation, PFMEA, control plans, and standardization.
• Willingness to travel ~10% globally; German language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Standardize and optimize manufacturing and assembly processes across product life cycle.
• Lead CI efforts and represent production processes (Role Lead Make).
• Collaborate with CI, Supply Chain, Equipment, Quality, IT, and Operations.
• Develop line layouts and update work instructions.
• Support audits and regulatory reviews.
