Job summary

Belimo is seeking a Project Manager - Product Industrialization to drive supply chain strategy across the project lifecycle. You will coordinate with Manufacturing Excellence and Equipment Engineering, owning planning, CAPEX and delivery while aligning with global PCP and PPC processes.

You will lead a cross-functional team including Lead Make, Lead Equipment, Lead Planning, and Lead Sourcing, ensuring cost, timeline and logistics objectives are met in a dynamic HVAC-focused environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with focus on Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical disciplines and project mgmt exposure.
• Certification in project mgmt is a plus and beneficial for leading complex programs.
• Experience in product development and industrialization of mass-produced devices is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain design and implementation across projects and product life cycle, embedding inputs into a structured decision-making process.
• Lead industrialization as a core team member in product creation projects representing Lead Supply Chain goals.
• Serve as project manager for lifecycle projects, owning planning, deliverables, and CAPEX.
• Consult with Innovation & PMO in the product creation process and to the supply chain steering committee.
• Lead and motivate the Industrialization project team across Make, Equipment, Planning, and Sourcing.
