Job summary

ADDA Talent Solutions seeks a Lifecycle Marketing Manager for a client in New York. You will design, build, and continuously improve onboarding and retention experiences to turn first-time buyers into loyal, high‑value customers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, execution-first lifecycle role.
• Fluent in Klaviyo or comparable ESP.

Responsibilities

• Build and run full lifecycle experiences (onboarding, activation, habit formation, subscription nudges, winback, reactivation).
• Design personalized onboarding journeys to drive product usage and correct expectations.
• Develop comms and briefs for lifecycle emails/SMS, collaborating with Creative.
• Build and iterate lifecycle flows inside the ESP with segmentation and triggers.
• Run tests on onboarding, messaging, timing, and offers; analyze results and iterate.
• Monitor flow performance, optimize for churn reduction and higher LTV.
