Rolls-Royce Indianapolis is seeking an Assistant Chief Lifecycle Engineer Lead – Mature Engines to manage a lifecycle engineering team and provide systems engineering leadership for civil mature programs, including safety, reliability and customer satisfaction. The role requires travel up to 10% domestically and a strong background in engine services.

• Requires Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering with relevant experience; PhD also acceptable.
• Experience in services engineering and ability to write technical reports and present to customers.
• Proven project and time management skills; familiar with program/value stream processes.

Responsabilidades

• Direct off-wing Lifecycle Engineering team in executing Safety Processes, shop findings, test rejections, tear downs, and customer communications.
• Evaluate in-service engines/hardware beyond current limits; address technical queries and revise repairs.
• Provide engineering leadership for development projects, root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Identify and prioritize product improvement projects; lead reviews and participate in PILM, RMP, DTA and PCB meetings.
