Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM field; 1+ year engineering experience.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent resident.
• Experience troubleshooting and/or problem resolution.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to investigate engine hardware issues.
• Monitor fleet reliability and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Participate in safety board reviews and in-service reviews.
• Provide support at overhaul facilities and customer sites.
• Initiate technical publication changes as needed.
