Responsibilities include developing email and SMS campaigns, audience segmentation, and collaboration with design and copy teams to deliver high-performing lifecycle content. Strong analytics and test-driven mindset required.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, automation logic, and engagement KPIs.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate retention data into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email and SMS campaigns, including automated flows.
• Segment audiences and personalize communications based on behavior and lifecycle stage.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create high-performing lifecycle content.
• Track and optimize key metrics: open rates, CTRs, CVR, churn, and reactivation.
• Lead A/B testing across subject lines, templates, timing, and frequency.
