Job summary

FOX News Media is seeking a strategic CRM Marketing Manager to lead customer lifecycle marketing across our digital products. You will plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns to deepen engagement, grow subscribers, and maximize lifetime value.

You will combine marketing, strategy, and technology expertise, working with Product, Editorial, Growth, Data, Analytics, Design, and Engineering to deliver timely, personalized experiences at scale. Braze experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Braze or comparable platform.
• Experience managing complex multi-channel journeys.
• Strong segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle strategy.
• Ability to translate campaign data into optimization strategies.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize lifecycle marketing strategies across the customer journey.
• Build multi-channel CRM campaigns via email, push, in-app messaging.
• Plan campaigns, segment audiences, orchestrate journeys, QA, deploy, analyze.
• Design automated customer journeys to improve engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Data teams for personalization.
• Create and maintain segmentation frameworks.
• Lead A/B and multivariate testing to improve performance.
• Monitor CRM KPIs like open rate, CTR, conversion, retention.
• Develop dashboards and executive reports on campaign results.
• Ensure campaigns comply with brand, editorial standards, and privacy.
• Stay updated on CRM trends and technologies.
• Experience leveraging Braze to deliver data-driven experiences is preferred.
