Job summary

Fox News Media is seeking a Manager, CRM Analytics to drive data, measurement, and insights for CRM and lifecycle marketing across FOX News Digital, FOX Business Digital, FOX Nation, and FOX Weather. This hands-on role focuses on reporting, segmentation, testing, and data quality to power subscriber growth, engagement, and retention across brands.

Qualifications

• CRM, lifecycle marketing, or data/marketing analytics experience in subscription-based media or digital publishing.
• Hands-on proficiency in SQL (Snowflake or comparable) — writes and troubleshoots queries daily.
• Deep, hands-on experience with Braze or a comparable CRM platform, including campaign/canvas reporting, segment auditing, and data reconciliation.
• Strong analytical writing skills — ability to translate engagement data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Experience with attribution modeling and campaign performance measurement (e.g., first-touch, multi-touch).
• Proficiency in Excel and pivot tables; Tableau and/or Adobe Analytics preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, breaking-news environment with daily deadlines and ad hoc requests.
• Detail-oriented with a track record of catching and resolving data quality issues.
• Experience across multiple brands or business units with distinct audiences is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily push alerts and CRM reporting cadence across FOX News Digital, FOX Business Digital, FOX Nation, and FOX Weather for editorial, marketing, and executives.
• Write clear, insight-driven summaries linking metrics to content and framing decisions editorial and marketing can act on.
• Maintain month-over-month comparisons and flag anomalies before they distort reporting.
• Write and maintain SQL queries against Braze data to support attribution analysis and campaign performance.
• Build attribution models to measure CRM impact on subscription conversion and migration.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies between Braze and internal tracking at the query level.
• Support transition from manual reporting to self-service dashboards with Data/BI teams.
• Audit Braze segments and support campaign list generation for cross-functional partners.
• Conduct segmentation and cohort analysis to surface engagement trends and personalization opportunities.
• Serve as analytics contact for Marketing CRM and Editorial/News CRM stakeholders; respond to ad hoc requests.
