Job summary

Intralox L.L.C. is seeking a Controls Engineer – Lifecycle Services to support client sites with control system troubleshooting, installation, and upgrades for conveyors.

The role combines field work with remote support, requiring strong electrical and mechanical aptitude, PLC/HMI configuration, and travel up to 65%. You'll collaborate with engineering, test, and subcontractors to implement upgrades, develop training material, and contribute to continuous improvement across multiple regional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 2+ years of providing technical support at client sites, troubleshooting mechanical/electrical equipment, configure PLCs/HMIs.
• Willingness to travel 20–65% and work weekends/holidays when required.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with Allen Bradley/Rockwell Studio 5000 or equivalent.
• Proficient with remote collaboration tools (Zoom/Chime/WebEx/Teams).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support at client sites for new and existing systems.
• Lead field installation and commissioning of equipment.
• Coordinate with mechanical/electrical subcontractors for efficient installation.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical equipment remotely (phone/remote sessions).
• Develop and implement controls upgrades and training materials.
• Lead training, troubleshooting, and repair of control systems.
