Job summary

Intralox, a world leader in conveyor equipment solutions, seeks a Controls Engineer – Lifecycle Services to support client sites across the U.S. You will lead installations, commissions, and remote troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems.

The role requires a degree in engineering and at least two years of hands-on experience, with proficiency in PLC/HMI configuration and Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Studio 5000. Travel up to 65% and strong communication are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• At least two years of client-site technical support and troubleshooting.
• Strong electrical/mechanical aptitude and field work willingness.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Familiar with PLC/HMI configuration and variable frequency drives.
• Experience with Allen Bradley/Rockwell Studio 5000.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for new and existing systems.
• Lead field installation and commissioning of equipment.
• Support mechanical/electrical subcontractors during installation.
• Troubleshoot remotely via phone/remote sessions.
• Develop and implement controls upgrades on existing systems.
• Produce instructions, work instructions and training material.
• Lead training, troubleshooting and repair of control systems.
• Collaborate with other groups for continuous improvement.
• Assist Test Engineering with factory acceptance tests.
• Provide design and assembly support for conveyor equipment.
