Qualifications
- Two or more years delivering on-site technical support for client systems.
- Ability to configure PLCs/HMIS and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical equipment.
- Willingness to travel 40%–65% and work weekends/holidays as needed.
- Strong aptitude reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Experience with Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Studio 5000 and related controls.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support at client sites for new and existing systems.
- Lead field installation and commissioning of equipment.
- Support subcontractors for installation and remote troubleshooting.
- Develop and implement control upgrades for existing systems.
- Create instructions, training materials and work procedures.
- Lead training and repair of mechanical and electrical control systems.
- Collaborate with Test Engineering and perform factory acceptance tests.
- Travel and lift up to 50 pounds; work with multiple engineering teams.
