Zusammenfassung

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Lifecycle Analyst - Enablement Support Service to provide onsite support in Norfolk, VA. The role focuses on Benefits Realization Management, risk and change management, and program issue governance within JOID.

You will coordinate across DOTMLPFI lines, support multinational NATO environments, and ensure timely decision-making with stakeholders, maintaining logs and schedules while complying with security clearance requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a related field, or a degree combined with relevant experience in project management and capability development.
• 5+ years of Program/Project Management experience within the last 10 years in a complex, diverse environment, utilizing PRINCE2 or PMI methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience within the last 5 years in capability development processes related to national and NATO military program development and acquisition phases.
• Demonstrated experience within the last 5 years in program management, with a focus on leading information and risk management activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work products.
• 2+ years of experience within the last 10 years with NATO/Common Funded Capability Delivery Governance Model and multinational organizations.

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive support in Benefits Realization Management, including documenting, tracking, and reporting program-related benefits.
• Develop and maintain Benefits Realization Plans and alignment with objectives, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate deliverables, communicate findings to stakeholders, and maintain essential program management processes.
• Monitor maturity of ESS Lines of Development across DOTMLPFI to maintain a capability view.
• Support Business Change Management by assessing changes and advising on acceptance or rejection.
