Job summary

Life Time is seeking a LifeCafe Lead to manage a location with a focus on high-quality menu execution, team development, financial accountability, and exceptional member experiences.

You will supervise on-the-floor operations, optimize schedules, and coach team members to maintain safety and service standards while driving guest satisfaction and performance. This role rewards hands-on leadership and a strong operations mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management and leadership experience or a college degree in culinary or business.
• Experience with fast casual restaurant or full-service experience.
• Ability to lead a team and coach on the floor.
• Strong understanding of labor cost controls and guest experience metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily LifeCafe operations in real time, modeling execution and hospitality.
• Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including inventory, scheduling, payroll, and policy adherence.
• Manage food and labor costs, track performance metrics, and drive financial results.
