Job summary

Verisk Analytics, Inc. is seeking a nechanically skilled Analyst Trainer to design and deliver training on Life Solutions platforms. You will build learning plans, facilitate sessions, and ensure content remains current with product changes.

You will work with Training Leaders and project teams to align learning objectives with client needs, supporting ongoing improvement and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, education, or related field.
• Two to three years of relevant experience in training, business analysis, technical consulting, software implementation, or comparable discipline.
• Foundational knowledge of adult learning, facilitation, needs analysis, learner evaluation, and instructional content development.
• Ability to analyze problems and translate technical concepts for varied audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills; ability to influence without authority.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and digital training on Life Solutions platforms, tools, and configurations.
• Maintain training content and learning-system assets to stay accurate with platform changes.
• Assess audience needs and build training plans addressing skill gaps.
• Facilitate workshops, webinars, and coaching to demonstrate required knowledge.
• Track performance, document results, and use feedback to improve content and delivery.
• Coordinate information and follow-up actions across teams; escalate as needed.
• Provide status reporting to Training Leader and stakeholders.
