Verisk Analytics, Inc. is seeking a Business Configuration Analyst Trainer to design, deliver, and continually improve training programs for Life Solutions platforms, supporting learners from beginner to advanced levels.

Reporting to the Life Solutions Business Program Training Leader, you will independently execute approved trainings, maintain content and assets, and communicate scope or timeline changes to the Training Leader.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and digital training on Life Solutions platforms, tools, workflows, methodologies, and client configurations.
• Maintain training content, user guides, and learning-system assets to stay accurate and aligned with changes.
• Partner with Training Leader and project leads to assess audience needs, define learning objectives, and build training plans.
• Facilitate workshops, webinars, and practice sessions.
