Job summary

Verisk Analytics is seeking an Instructional Designer and Business Configuration Analyst Trainer to design, develop, deliver, and continually improve learning programs for Life Solutions platforms. You will translate complex information into engaging eLearning, instructor-led, and virtual solutions, collaborating with subject-matter experts and technology teams to achieve measurable business outcomes.

The role requires strong storytelling, storyboard development, and LMS management skills, with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in instructional design, education, or related field.
Two to four years designing and developing workplace learning, eLearning, or blended learning solutions.
Portfolio demonstrating instructional rationale and finished work.

Responsibilities

Conduct performance and learning-needs analysis and identify audiences and success measures.
Create design documents, storyboards, scripts, prototypes, and production-ready assets.
Develop and deliver eLearning, instructor-led, and virtual training using modern tools.
Configure, publish, test, and maintain learning content in an LMS and track completion.
