Job summary

Alpha seeks a dedicated Life Skills Coach to lead energetic workshops for K-8 students at multiple campuses. You will coach individuals and groups, using Coachbot analytics to drive progress, and assess mastery through Test2Pass assessments. The role emphasizes resilience, leadership, and motivation through adaptive coaching.

You will work on-site at designated campuses with relocation support. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of direct youth experience are required, along with US work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline required.
• At least 3 years of experience working directly with K-8 students in teaching, coaching, tutoring, mentoring, camp leadership, or youth programs.
• Ability to describe a specific example of motivating a student to achieve a difficult goal with outcome.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy, one-hour life skills workshops for K-8 students, developing communication, resilience, focus, leadership, and other durable skills.
• Coach students individually and in small groups using Coachbot analytics to help achieve ambitious weekly goals.
• Assess life skill mastery through Test2Pass and provide targeted coaching until genuine competence is shown.
• Adapt coaching style across elementary and middle school students to fit their developmental needs.
• Analyze weekly student performance data to identify patterns and continually improve outcomes for the cohort.
