Job summary

Alpha seeks a dedicated Coach for K-8 cohorts to lead life-skills workshops, motivate students daily, and assess mastery using Coachbot analytics. You will adapt sessions for diverse ages, ensuring each student meets weekly goals and reports strong engagement.

This is a full-time, in-person role at an Alpha campus with relocation support. A bachelor's degree and 3+ years with K-8 students are required, with US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• At least 3 years working directly with K-8 students.
• Legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Willing to work in person at an Alpha campus; relocation support provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 cohorts on public speaking, focus, and giving/receiving feedback.
• Run daily 1:1 and small-group motivation sessions using Coachbot analytics and Alpha incentives.
• Administer the Test2Pass mastery assessment for each life skill and re-coach until passed.
• Adapt workshop playbook for different ages and build new sessions.
• Be the consistent adult who upholds standards and is approachable to students.
