Alpha seeks an Education Coach to lead high-energy life skills workshops for K-8 students, coaching them to build resilience, focus, and leadership. You will use Coachbot analytics to drive accountability and progress, collaborating with families and campus teams to support each learner’s weekly goals.

You won’t lecture or grade papers; you’ll empower students through interactive coaching, data-driven feedback, and real-world skill development in a dynamic, in-person setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience working directly with K-8 students through teaching, coaching, tutoring, mentoring, camp leadership, or youth programs.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Lead high-energy life skills workshops for K-8 students.
• Coach students individually and in small groups using Coachbot analytics.
• Assess life skill mastery through Test2Pass and provide targeted coaching.
• Adapt coaching style across age groups from kindergarten to eighth grade.
• Analyze weekly performance data to improve outcomes for the cohort.
