Job summary

Alpha is hiring for a full-time, on-site role across multiple campuses in the United States. You will lead life-skills workshops for K-8, conduct motivation sessions, and use Coachbot analytics to drive each student toward 100% weekly goals.

The job emphasizes coaching over traditional instruction, with a focus on personal growth, resilience, and achievement. Relocation support is provided for eligible locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• At least 3 years working directly with K-8 students.
• Experience in motivation coaching and life-skills coaching.
• Legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Willing to work in person at an Alpha campus.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 cohorts on public speaking, focus, and giving and receiving feedback.
• Run daily 1:1 and small-group motivation sessions that push every student to 100% of weekly app goals.
• Administer the Test2Pass mastery assessment for each life skill and re-coach as needed.
• Adapt the workshop playbook for different ages and build new sessions.
• Be the trusted adult upholding standards for students.
