Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Job Coach to support people with developmental disabilities to gain skills for greater independence and a higher quality of life. You will act as an advocate and facilitator, helping individuals to set goals and access needed supports.

Responsibilities include learning about each person’s wants and needs, implementing program plans with QIDP guidance, documenting progress accurately, and helping participants stay connected to community activities and services.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent diploma is required.
• ND driver's license required upon hire.
