Job summary

Empowered Milestones, LLC is seeking an Independent Living Skills Coach to help clients develop daily living abilities in a supportive, client-centered setting. You’ll work one-on-one to build skills such as cooking, budgeting, and personal care, and document progress in case notes.

The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, 9am–6pm, serving clients in the Santa Rosa area with a focus on independence and dignity. A collaborative team environment and growth opportunities are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Able to work in the Santa Rosa/Cotati area
• Background check per state standards
• Digital literacy: MS Word, email, basic data entry

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in building independent living skills (e.g., cooking, budgeting, hygiene)
• Encourage, motivate, and support clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges
• Plan, create, and organize tasks and schedules that promote goal achievement for clients
• Provide consistent documentation of progress through case notes

Requirements:
