Job summary

Empowered Milestones, LLC in Napa, CA is seeking a Life Skills Coach to work full-time with a female client in independent living skills. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish and a Monday–Friday 9am–6pm schedule.

You will help clients build skills like cooking, budgeting, and personal hygiene, provide motivation and support, and document progress carefully. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required, along with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Able to work in the Napa, St. Helena, Sonoma areas.
• Able to pass a background check per state standards.
• Digital literacy: MS Word, email, basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients on building independent living skills (e.g., cooking, budgeting, hygiene)
• Encourage, motivate, and support clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges
• Help plan, create, and organize tasks and schedules that promote goal achievement for your clients
• Provide consistent documentation of progress through case notes
