Job summary

Empowered Milestones, LLC is hiring a Life Skills Coach to support Independent Living skills for clients in Vacaville, CA. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday from 9am to 6pm, with benefits starting within 30 days.

You will work one-on-one with individuals, helping with cooking, budgeting, hygiene, and daily living tasks while documenting progress and outcomes. Qualifications include a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Able to work in the Vacaville area.
• Able to pass a background check per state industry standards.
• Digital literacy: MS Word, email, basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients on building independent living skills (e.g., cooking, budgeting, hygiene)
• Encourage, motivate, and support clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges
• Help plan, create, and organize tasks and schedules that promote goal achievement for your clients
• Provide consistent documentation of progress through case notes
