Job summary

Empowered Milestones, LLC is seeking an Independent Living Skills - Life Skills Coach to support clients in Vallejo, Fairfield, Vacaville, and Dixon areas. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm, with benefits beginning within 30 days.

The position offers $22.00 per hour with accrued sick time, mileage reimbursement, and team mentorship. Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, and dependable, able to work independently in one-on-one settings, with digital literacy and a clean

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a background check per state standards.
• Digital literacy: MS Word, email, basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in building independent living skills (e.g., cooking, budgeting, hygiene).
• Encourage, motivate, and support clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.
• Help plan, create, and organize tasks and schedules that promote goal achievement for clients.
• Provide consistent documentation of progress through case notes.

Requirements
