Empowered Milestones, LLC is seeking Direct Care Staff for Supported Living Services in the Berkeley/Oakland area. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, with hourly pay of $20.00–$21.00, and includes sick time, mileage reimbursement, mentorship, and career growth opportunities.

You will help clients build independent living skills, provide compassionate support for individuals with developmental disabilities, and document progress through case notes.

Qualifications

• Requirements include a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Able to work in the Berkeley/Oakland area.
• Able to pass a background check per state industry standards.
• Digital literacy: MS Word, email, basic data entry.

• Encourage, motivate, and support clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges
• Help plan, create, and organise tasks and schedules that promote goal achievement for clients
