Job summary

Accenture seeks a Value Architect to drive data-backed reinvention within the Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise. You own financial models, value cases, and AI impact sizing embedded in engagements, identifying opportunities and tracking realized value.

You will build investment, value, and risk analyses, deliver value realization reports, and craft executive narratives for the C-suite and Board. Travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of combined experience in financial modeling, value case development, or business case analysis at top-tier firms, corporate finance, or industry strategy.
• Proven track record building and presenting financial models (DCF, NPV, sensitivity analysis) to senior leadership and C-suite.
• Experience quantifying business impact of technology or AI investments with rigor.
• Strong data literacy and ability to craft executive-ready narratives from quantitative work.
• Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams including consultants, technologists, and change practitioners.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Define value KPIs for transformation programs and apply process standards.
• Build a framework mapping initiatives to quantified outcomes (FTE, cost, revenue, cycle time).
• Develop and maintain financial models covering investment, value, timelines, and risk.
• Produce value realization reports tracking outcomes vs. business case and flag delivery signals.
• Support preparation of C-suite and Board-level materials with quantitative narratives.
• Apply Wharton EV model and Accenture Reinvention Roadmap to size opportunities across speed, capacity, decision quality, and experience.
