Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial modeling, value case development, or business case analysis at top-tier firms or equivalent.
• Proven ability to build and defend complex investment cases to senior leadership.
• Experience quantifying business impact of technology/AI investments with rigor.

Responsibilities

• Define value KPIs for each transformation program and map initiatives to quantified outcomes.
• Develop and maintain financial models covering investment, value, timeline and risk.
• Produce value realization reports and surface early signals of delivery risk or success.
• Translate quantitative analysis into executive narratives for C-suite materials.
