Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Value Architect to join the Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise practice. You will build and own financial models, value cases, and AI impact quantification embedded in each engagement, identifying and sizing value opportunities and tracking realization.

You will present to senior leaders, develop dashboards, and contribute to C-suite materials. Strong finance background, 5+ years, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined experience in financial modeling, value case development, or business case analysis at top-tier consulting firms or corporate finance/strategy roles.
• Proven track record building and presenting financial models (DCF, NPV, sensitivity, scenario modeling) to senior leadership.
• Experience quantifying business impact of technology or AI investments with P&L implications.
• Strong data literacy and ability to craft executive-ready narratives from quantitative work.
• Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams including consultants, technologists, and change practitioners.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Define value KPIs for each transformation program and ensure alignment with Process Blueprint standards.
• Build a framework to map reinvention initiatives to quantified business outcomes (FTE, cost, revenue, cycle time).
• Develop and maintain financial models covering investment, value, timeline, and risk; keep them current as engagements evolve.
• Produce value realization reports comparing outcomes to business cases and flag risks or early signals.
• Support preparation of C-suite and Board-level materials translating analytics into executive narrative.
• Apply the Wharton economic value model and Accenture's Reinvention Roadmap to size opportunities across speed, capacity, decision quality, and experience.
