Accenture is seeking a proven strategic leader to serve as Portfolio Strategy & Value Lead on a Reinventive Enterprise engagement for Life Sciences. You will own the end-to-end value thesis, govern multiple transformation workstreams, and partner with the client C-suite.

You will lead cross-functional teams, shape investment sequencing, drive value realization, and grow the business through thoughtful proposals. Travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Enterprise transformation or strategy consulting experience at a top-tier firm or Life Sciences organization.
• Proven track record leading multi-workstream programs with measurable client impact.
• Ability to present transformation roadmaps and investment cases to C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience developing thought leadership on enterprise transformation or AI reinvention.

Responsabilités

• Chair portfolio governance forums and prioritize across transformation programs.
• Own end-to-end reinvention value case from business case to value realization.
• Manage C-suite relationships and align leadership across programs.
• Lead cross-functional Reinvention Force teams and drive delivery risks and resourcing.
• Origin, shape, and close new reinvention engagements; lead proposals.
