Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Life Sciences strategy professional to design and implement pricing and access strategies for pharma, biotech, and medical device clients. You will work with senior staff to develop proposals, manage consulting teams, and maintain client relationships, with opportunities to advance to Associate Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, biomedical engineering, business, or healthcare policy preferred.
• 5-7 years of transferrable consulting or relevant work experience.
• 1-2 years of direct client management and content delivery experience.
• Experience developing, designing, and executing qualitative and quantitative market research.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Designing and managing project teams to execute pharmaceutical market access and pricing strategy projects.
• Strong market research and data analysis to inform pricing strategies.
• Developing project proposals and communicating deliverables to clients.
• Leading interviews with payers and KOLs and building Excel-based financial models.
