Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a seasoned Life Sciences Strategy & Transformation professional in the United States. You will lead pricing, value and access strategies for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device clients, while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes stakeholder communication, business development, and leadership growth within a supportive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare, life sciences, or related field.
• 5-7 years of consulting or equivalent transferrable experience in value, access, pricing and commercialization strategy for pharma/biotech/medical device clients.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and drug development/launch processes.
• Ability to analyze complex information and develop effective strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder audiences, including senior management.
• 2-3 years of direct client management and content delivery experience.
• Experience leading teams and developing people performance.
• Must demonstrate clear proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior staff to create project proposals and manage consulting teams on large, complex projects.
