Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Life Sciences strategy professional to join its Global Market Access team. You will develop pricing, value and access strategies for pharma, biotech, and medical device clients, engaging with senior stakeholders to deliver actionable insights across global markets.

You will lead project teams, manage client relationships, and help shape proposals while mentoring junior staff. A background in science or healthcare policy and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree. A major course of study in science, biomedical engineering, or healthcare policy and planning.
• 5-7 years of transferrable consulting or work experience in value, access, pricing and commercialization strategy projects for pharma/biotech.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including drug development and launch.
• Excellent communication skills to convey strategic recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management.
• 2-3 years of direct client management and content delivery experience.
• Experience leading teams and developing people.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness and ability to travel 25% for client work.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to design, execute, and deliver pricing, value, and access strategies.
• Build proposals and manage consulting teams across multiple large projects.
• Maintain client relationships and deliver actionable insights to address business questions.
• Liaise with senior staff to ensure sound, actionable outputs.
