You bring 5–7 years of pharma/biotech experience, strong communication skills in English, and a track record of managing client engagements and teams. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science, biomedical field, or healthcare policy.
• 5–7 years in value, access, pricing, and commercialization in pharma/biotech.
• Strong understanding of drug development and launch processes.
• Clear communication to senior stakeholders in English.
• Experience managing client projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing, value, and access strategies for pharma/biotech/medical device clients.
• Lead consulting teams on large, complex projects and deliver client-ready outputs.
• Build proposals, manage timelines, and maintain client relationships.
• Engage executive audiences with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to IP and method development.
• Collaborate across global markets to inform strategy and thought leadership.
