Job summary

Responsibilities

• Underwrite risk for submission through policy issuance for renewal and new business within limited authority.
• Assist in endorsements within delegated authority and coordinate with underwriters for action.
• Manage renewal book within authority and outline changes for accounts outside authority.
• Serve as liaison across CNA to resolve issues with billing, risk control, and underwriting partners.
• Document files for completeness and quality, including proposals and endorsements.
• Execute advanced pricing strategies within regulatory and internal guidelines.
• Prepare quote proposals and negotiate with external partners within authority.
• Be the first-line contact to producers and customers for account-related matters and identify upsell opportunities.
• Support marketing of products through external partners and field visits.
• Serve as a go-to resource for systems and workflows and provide coaching.
