Responsibilities

• Underwrite risk for renewal and new business within authority; collaborate with underwriters.
• Handle endorsements and refer outside authority; obtain missing information.
• Manage renewal book; triage applications and outline changes.
• Resolve issues with billing, risk control, and underwriting partners.
• Document files with correspondence, proposals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Assist in pricing strategy using pricing tools in compliance with CNA strategies.
• Prepare quotes and negotiate with external partners within authority.
• Serve as first-line contact to producers/customers; identify up-sell opportunities.
• Assist marketing products through external partners and field visits.
• Be expert on systems and workflows; train and coach others.
• Stay current on line of business strategy, regulations, and trends.
• May perform additional duties.
