Qualifications

• IP transaction support for M&A, royalty monetization and capital markets deals.
• Undergraduate or graduate science degree and/or medical device experience preferred.
• Admitted or eligible for prompt admission to the California bar.

Responsibilities

• Provide IP transaction support for life sciences matters including licensing and cross-border deals.
• Advise on M&A related IP matters and royalty monetization strategies.
• Support capital markets transactions involving life sciences assets and agreements.
