Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in a large law firm environment, including experience in life sciences partnering, collaboration, and licensing agreements, cross-border; life sciences commercial agreements, e.g., supply and manufacturing agreements, master services agreements, research agreements, clinical trial agreements; and IP transaction support for M&A, royalty monetization, and capital markets. An undergraduate or graduate science degree and/ or medical device experience are preferred but not required. Candidates must be admitted or eligible to seek prompt admission to the California bar.
