Job summary
Bristlecone, a leading provider of AI-powered application transformation for the connected supply chain, seeks a Consulting Partner for Life Sciences accounts in the United States. You will shape strategy, guide design and delivery, and lead multi-year transformation engagements with senior client stakeholders.
The role requires deep Life Sciences domain expertise, top-tier consulting sales acumen, and the ability to align IT and business stakeholders to digital transformation agendas.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in supply chain within Life Sciences (pharma/biotech/medtech).
- Experience at a Big 4 or Tier 1 IT services consulting firm strongly preferred.
- Travel up to 40-50% based on client/project needs.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related master’s preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the supply chain consulting leader for major Life Sciences accounts.
- Grow consulting revenue by identifying and closing opportunities.
- Lead consulting delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
- Partner with Client Partners and Delivery Partners to align pursuits with growth.
- Build executive relationships to drive transformation initiatives.
- Develop account-specific thought leadership on digital supply chain trends.
- Mentor consultants and managers to strengthen practice capability.
