Job summary

Bristlecone is seeking a Consulting Partner to lead dedicated supply chain consulting for a hyperscaler account, shaping strategy, directing delivery, and driving revenue growth in the AI-enabled supply chain space.

The role requires deep expertise in Planning or Logistics, strong client engagement, and hands-on ability to mobilize experts, develop frameworks, and close multi-year transformation engagements while maintaining delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous consulting experience is required.
• Experience at a Big 4 or Tier 1 IT services consulting firm is strongly preferred.
• 10+ years in supply chain with deep expertise in one or two disciplines (e.g., Planning or Logistics).
• Proven ability to independently develop solution frameworks (people, process, technology).
• Track record of owning delivery execution end-to-end with client satisfaction.
• Sales-savvy: identify opportunities, pitch, and collaborate to develop engagements.
• Strong understanding of digital supply chain solutions and cloud transformation.

Responsibilities

• Own account-level consulting strategy, solution design, and delivery execution across engagements.
• Engage hyperscaler stakeholders directly with credible business discussions in core domains like Planning or Logistics.
• Develop and validate solution frameworks with internal SMEs and craft a coherent client point of view.
• Lead end-to-end delivery for consulting engagements on the account with scope, quality, and timelines in mind.
• Identify adjacent opportunities, build credible frameworks, and collaborate to convert into commercial engagements.
• Maintain revenue and margin targets while balancing delivery commitments and pipeline development.
• Collaborate with Client Partner and Delivery leadership to align growth and delivery strategy.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across the hyperscaler’s supply chain and operations teams.
